What Jira permissions does Palfred need?
Palfred needs read access to projects, issues, and sprints. If you want to create or update tickets from Slack, it also needs write access to issues. You can configure this per project.
Does Palfred work with Jira Cloud and Jira Server?
Palfred supports Jira Cloud natively. Jira Server (Data Center) support is available for teams on paid plans.
Can I create tickets from any Slack channel?
Yes. Mention @Palfred in any channel or DM and ask it to create a ticket. Palfred will pull context from the thread and let you review before submitting.
